Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Waleed Khaled Al-Yaqout

Mr. Al-Yaqout joined Boubyan from NBK with more than 35 years of banking experience and real estate business and strategy. His last position at NBK was General Manager – Administration and Human Resources Group. Mr. Al-Yaqout graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Ashland in USA, and participated in various executive management programs at Harvard, Wharton, Stanford and Columbia.

General Manager - Eng. Osama AbdulAziz Shaheen

Mr. Shaheen joined Boubyan Bank in 2008 with more than 27 years of real estate and project management. His last position at Al Masa Real Estate Company was the Executive Vice President.  Mr. Shaheen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, he holds two master degrees, one in Construction Engineering and Management from University of Maryland in USA and the other one in Business Administration from Kuwait University.  He participated in many executive management programs at various universities including Harvard Business School.

• The company operates under the rules and regulations of the Islamic Shariaa. The Shariah committee provides advice to the management on the different Islamic regulations and rules.
